Born in Los Angeles, California. Educated in the public school system and attended various universities until I was kicked out with a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering. I spent 15 years doing research in Machine Vision and Computer Understanding at Carnegie Mellon University, then lately switched to developing applications for the Health Sciences Administration at the University of Pittsburgh. Married with two children; and, for whatever it is worth, Myers-Briggs preferences INTJ.
With the iTarget Team, Dr. Cochran is involved in the development and management of software applications and enterprise systems in support the of the Health Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh.
